Are outdoor cushions included in the 3 for 2 offer?
No, our 3 for 2 offer applies to indoor cushions and throws only. Outdoor cushions, throws and seat pads are excluded from this promotion.
Do furniture items require assembly?
Larger furniture pieces like accent chairs, bed frames, and chests of drawers may require basic assembly. All necessary tools and clear instructions are included with your delivery. We recommend checking all components upon delivery and inspecting for any transit damage before signing for receipt.

How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx, you’ll receive tracking information with delivery notifications. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking information is also provided. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at

How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Typically 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you deliver to my country?
We proudly ship worldwide, except to Asia and select remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer care team at

Is free shipping available for all orders?
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over £50. For orders below this value, our Standard Shipping option is available for £12.95.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day returns policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our full returns policy for details on how to return items. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
