At Curver Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange eligible products.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for furniture items like bed frames and accent chairs)
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Outdoor Cushions and Throws (as specified in our 3-for-2 offer exclusions)
  • Seat pads
  • Used bedding and bedspreads
  • Opened cleaning products
  • Personalised or made-to-order items

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. For furniture pieces like bookcases or bedside tables, ensure all parts are included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our St Albans warehouse using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., for a different colour of our bamboo blinds or size of bedding):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item (like a bookcase with scratches) or incorrect product (wrong style of armchair):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you
